Maybe how rare, if it is,(Brend?) and the approximate value if you would. All help appreciated. Thanks, Jerry

Your knife is a Combat Talon II. It mas made ~6/2000.
The Serial Number is 970.
If it is a Brend, his name will be on the charging handle. Doubtful that it is however.
If it isn't, it's still a solid knife.

Value? These knives are all over the place value wise.
Especially if it's not a Brend. I'd start it around $1K. You can always lower the price...

Personally I would not take less than $1200 for that Talon.

Question for you along the same lines. What is a Brend combat talon worth these days?  Safe queen with all the stuff from the factory.

I can’t give you a dollar amount as I really don’t know the market, except what i’ve learned today. But i’d say it might be worth hanging onto.

BC, I'd hang onto it if I could.
Market value is somewhere around $1350-$1400...

With that date and serial number I figured it would be.  IMG_0113.jpg

Nice knives!

Talons are nice knives! They're old school Vero Beach classics, and along with the Nemesis blades, any serious collector wants them. I like their lines and they feel good in the hand.
